Neo Wallet is a non-custodial desktop wallet designed for managing assets on the Neo Blockchain. Key conditions for use include:
  • Eligibility: Users must be of legal age and comply with local regulations regarding cryptocurrency usage.
  • Purpose: The wallet is intended solely for personal use. Any commercial or unauthorized use is prohibited.
  • Limitations: Neo Wallet does not support mobile devices or hardware wallet integrations.
NOTE

We strictly avoid collecting sensitive information, including private keys, seed phrases, or transaction data.

3. User Responsibilities

As a Neo Wallet user, you are fully responsible for safeguarding your assets. This includes:
  • Private Key and Seed Phrase Storage: Users must securely store their private keys and seed phrases. Neo Wallet does not have access to this information and cannot assist with recovery in case of loss.
  • Transaction Verification: Double-check all transaction details before confirming. Blockchain transactions are irreversible.
  • Device Security: Ensure your device is free of malware and updated with the latest security patches.

Your data will never be sold, rented, or shared with third parties without your explicit consent.

4. Software Updates

As a non-custodial wallet, your private keys and seed phrases are stored locally on your device, and we never have access to this information.

  • Loss of funds due to user negligence, such as sharing private keys or seed phrases.

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the wallet.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from using Neo Wallet for illegal purposes, including but not limited to:
